Landscapes part 1 | part 2 | part 3 | part 4 • The landscapes of Zeeland A lifelong love for farmers' life forms a source of inspiration. In my art it is transformed to a landscape of bright colours, straight lines and large surfaces. I am always searching for balance and simplicity in my acrylic paintings. In these paintings the colour-areas are separated and assembled on perspex. In painting I use the palette knife particulary since the last few years. The point of working with a palette knife is that you get different layers, which remain partly visible.
